Department Overview The material supervisor, will report to the Manager of the Delivery Management team. The department is responsible for aligning to order management team and our customers to ensure MSI exceeds all metrics related to Product Revenue, Cost, Cash and
Customer. This role has specific metric responsibility for customer delinquent backlog, on time delivery, book-ship cycle time and revenue attainment.



Plan material to Drive shipsets / sales orders to First Scheduled Ship Date (FSSD / on time delivery) while meeting customer request dates

Understand revenue risks and be able to communicate risk & recovery actions

Develop and Drive planning for material allocation decisions

Proactively communicate any constraints to Supply Chain leadership and Sales for sales orders, large forecasted orders, general forecast and safety stocks

Use data analytics to ensure efficient decision making

Collaborate with Supply Planning and Product teams to resolve issues for long lead-time, discontinued or problem products

Provide leadership including strategic planning, operation/process focus, risk management, executive escalation management

Create an efficient culture based on strong process, continuous improvement, and team development.

Basic Requirements

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain or similar.
• 6 years work experience related to Material Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Distribution Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Transportation or similar operational experience or employment within MSI.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP system a plus
