Role Description Baxter Learning Centre in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a full-time Mathematics Teacher on-site for daily teaching and administrative tasks. The roles include: Creating lesson plans and delivering lectures to primary and secondary level students Evaluating student performance on tests, report cards, and assignments, and provide feedback and encouragement to students and parents Collaborating with other Mathematics Teachers to share teaching techniques and approaches Participating in faculty and professional conferences, workshops, and other professional development activities to improve teaching skills and knowledge Performing administrative tasks, such as approving student schedules, participation in parent-teacher conferences, and organizing Mathematics-related extracurricular activities Ensuring the safekeeping and proper use of school equipment and facilities assigned for Mathematics activities Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Mathematics Teacher role will meet the following qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field A Certificate in Education and teaching experience would be an added advantage Demonstrated expertise in Mathematics with a comprehensive understanding of the learning process for students of various ages Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues The ability to use technology in teaching to enhance classroom instruction and improve student achievement Commitment to professional growth and development and active participation in professional organizations Must be reliable, punctual, and possess the ability to work independently, as well as being a team player
