Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Responsible for all inspection and supervisory of M&E works at site
Ensure works carried out by contractors are in accordance to approved drawings, specifications, Work Method Statements and Safety Measures
Ensure the quality and workmanship of finishing works meet the required standards
Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors & project team at site
Attend all inspection and testing carried out by contractor, record clearly and keep all documents, reports and results
Highlight discrepancies and non-compliance to superior and issue Site Memo to contractors
Ensure site progress and all M&E works must be completed by contractors within deadline
Assist and check architectural work as well

Job Requirements:

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or other relevant qualifications from recognized institutions
Min 3 - 5 years working experience in high-rise building construction or housing scheme
Has working experience in M&E consultant is an added advantage
Computer literate: MS Word
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Self-motivated and result oriented with good interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and also good teamwork
