M&e Coordinator
Job Description
Coordinate and management of all M&E works. Ensure all M&E works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site. Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirements. Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements. Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work. Prepare structural penetration shop-drawing for approval. Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval Any other duties assigned.
