With over 40 years in construction Conspec Construction (M) Sdn Bhd builds boutique projects for prestigious clients in Malaysia.

Location: KL area (own transport required)

Responsibilities

A. Project Planning & Design Coordination

Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration. Participate in value engineering and design review meetings.

B. Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise and monitor all electrical works including wiring, lighting, distribution boards, fire alarm systems, CCTV, and earthing systems. Ensure installation works are carried out according to design, schedule, and safety regulations. Coordinate with main contractor and subcontractors on daily site activities.

C. Quality & Compliance

Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical installations to ensure compliance with MS IEC standards, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), and CIDB requirements. Manage TNB submissions and liaise with relevant authorities for inspection and approvals. Maintain proper documentation for electrical works, QA/QC records, and test reports.

D. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

Track progress of electrical works against schedule and escalate delays or risks. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on electrical installation status. Assist in managing site issues and resolving technical problems promptly.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Suruhanjaya Tenaga Chargeman or Wireman license is an advantage Strong technical knowledge in LV and ELV systems. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: RM2,128.72 - RM8,776.84 per month
