Job Description

1. To handle and oversee the entire construction site condition.

2. To To coordinate well between sub contractor and client.

3. Ability to provide summary weekly report on sites and provide progress claim on time.

4. To ensure all the work done is following the specification of the drawing and able to deliver the project within the timeline.

5. Understand work sequence, specifications and engineering knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical services.

6. Able to attend site meetings and provide updates to the team.

7. Able to manage all types of on-site documentation work.

8. Able to work independently and strong self-discipline.

9. To prepare all kinds of engineering drawings that fulfil our customer's requirement such as shop drawings, as built drawings, coordination drawings, section drawings, detail drawings and etc with CAD Software.

10. Create Technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations.

11. To ensure all the technical drawings are correct and to communicate with fabricators in charge person.

12. Able to report on the job's progress and drawing completion.

13. Able to handle testing and commission sessions with related party.

14. Ensure daily output achieving the target.

Responsibilities:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Related Electrical qualification and determining the electrical requirements of a given project. Able to handle testing and commissioning sessions with related party Required skill(s): SolidWorks, AutoCAD Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Discipline with good interpersonal & communication skill Independent, self-motivated and aggressive Minimum 2 years experience in Construction Environment. Able to travel and re-allocation with company business needs when necessary

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
