Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, addressing concerns and providing regular updates to ensure client satisfaction.
Lead technical team and project team upon award of a contract to ensure proper project execution.
Manages EPC, design, construction management and/ design build projects.
Manage and resolve project related issues with various stakeholders (system owners, area owners, tools owners, consultant & relevant authorities).
Ensure compliance to the relevant government application law, act, regulations, and company business ethical standard etc.
Plan, prepare project schedule and ensure project hands over on time.
Accountable for managing the overall execution of the contract.
Responsible for project profit and loss commitments through effective cost control, schedule management etc.
Attend meetings (commercial meeting, design meeting, technical meeting, internal meeting and site meeting etc.
Ensure adherence to the government (DOSH) Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulation and comply to clean room protocol.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Degree in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 8 years working experience in construction operation experience, with a focus on building and construction works, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility system for industrial projects.
Good knowledge in projects management in industrial projects
Experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
