A leading industrial, building and infrastructure construction company ranked among the top 30 construction companies in the world is looking for experienced M&E Senior Engineer/ Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur with the opportunity to be assigned to projects overseas to handle specialized design and build projects of a data center.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in on-site coordination meetings to oversee and manage all aspects of MEP Services, including design, tendering, estimation, procurement, engineering, project construction, and commissioning of a Data Centre.
• Managing and overseeing all M&E activities in the project.
• Monitoring the status of M&E works demonstrates adherence to project requirements and budget.
• Collaborating with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that the mechanical and electrical (M&E) works are executed in accordance with the contractual obligations.
• Assisting with Quality Control and Monitoring & Evaluation tasks for the site\'s contracts.
• Enforcing all business policies at the site.
• Ensure the accurate and consistent documentation of the site\'s work progress, instructions provided to contractors, items received on-site, daily activities, weather conditions, visitor count, and any additional necessary information.
• Verify the validity of all documents and drawings intended for construction purposes and organise and store relevant project files and documentation records accordingly.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and direct workers, to ensure successful project completion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in constructing data centers.
• Proficiency in the comprehensive design of all MEPF (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Sanitary/Fire Protection/ELV) systems, transforming conceptual ideas into functional and sustainable data centres that adhere to client/consultant specifications and requirements.
• Possess expertise in utilising BIM/REVIT for MEPF and other relevant design software.
• Open to travel overseas if required in the future.
