We are a 36 year old environmental protection mechanical engineering company and are currently undertaking continuous projects and due to our business expansion, we are inviting you to join us as one of our dynamic team ! Responsibilities: -To receive works instruction and perform as per detail given. -To perform high quality weldment. -To perform welding in effective way and control the wastage to minimum. -To preserve your electrode in good condition and take care of welding set that you use. -To create and take care of distribution control. -Always to look for continuous improvement. -To operate and test the machine efficiency. -To report to Site Supervisor or maintenance technician of any welding set problems for rectification. -To teach and advice new comer for the operation of machines. -To recommend any methods or tools for the effective and sound welding. -To report to Project Manager in case of any drawing error or fitting problem. -To learn and operate machinery. -To plan and estimate time taken for the job. -To practice in high quality fitting product and to exercise maximum usage of steel and minimum wastage. -To do your own quality control. -To create your own jigs and tools to facilitate job function or job requirement. -To operate machinery under approved list and to solve any incoming problem or difficulty independently. -To create any new methods or sequence during fit up and forward to Production Manager for discussion. -To receive work instruction from Site Supervisor / Project Manager -To have initiative and cooperation to perform your duty together with them. -To give prompt action to instruction given. -To perform grinding or power brushing with quality conscious. -To follow and obey works instruction as per company rules and regulations. -To participate housekeeping in workshop. -To suggest any ideas if profitable to the job functioning although he/she is only a general worker/helper. Work Experience Required, Other Attributes & Pre-requisites: -Able to work under pressure and work independently.
-Able to work 6 days a week ,travelling (outstation). Benefits:

• Do you have experience in "hands on" site installation as foreman or supervisor for structure and steel installation? If yes, how many years of experience?
• Do you have experience in leading a Site team? If yes, how many site staff in your team?
• Are you able to operate machines like grinder, welding machine, drilling machine and cutter?
• Are you able to read and understand Installation drawings?
• How many years of experience you have as a M&E Site Supervisor?
• Able to work 6 days a week (Mon to Sat from 8:30am to 5pm),able to travel (outstation)?

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
