- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to use construction management software (MS Project) and other relevant tools.
- Several years of experience in construction or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
- Willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor (Site - based)Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure safety regulations are followed.
- Manage and lead a team of workers, including subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress.
