Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at RVERSE Interior Design and Build located in Kuala Lumpur. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the construction process on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing and supervising subcontractors, and ensuring project timelines are met. Qualifications Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English Preferably AT LEAST 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the Construction field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley Area. Willing to travel. Have Own Transport. Experience in site supervision and construction management Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Duties and Responsibilities: Handle on the overall project implementation, site construction (interior fit-out) and renovation project assigned to you. Schedule, control and monitor all resources and materials on a weekly basis. Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programme. Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes. Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors. Coordinate with Site Manager & Interior Designer on all sub-contractor scheduling and material ordering. Ability to handle multiple projects and work assignments efficiently and effectively. Oversee and manage the construction project from start to finish. Plan, coordinate, and execute the construction project in compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the site. Manage and supervise workers on the construction site. Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Carry out calculation of quantity based on construction drawing, daily site co-ordination with sub-construction for any new workers, logistics, and daily site report. To planning, leading, monitoring and controlling projects with the support and co-operation with team members. To Compiling Weekly Progress Reports and relevant reports.
