Job Description

M&E Site Supervisor is responsible to oversee the installation, repair and preventive maintenance of electrical mechanical rotary and static equipment, also piping, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment, sound and lighting system as well as other mechanical equipment and components within the site.

What are your job responsibilities?

Servicing and maintenance of electrical panel and switch board, attend to all power and machine failure/short/trip and rectify accordingly; Perform circuit troubleshooting and generate failure analysis report; Carry out hands on electrical works on physical parts and components including wiring and connecting works; Working with teammates for projects including attending site survey/client's meeting and co-ordinate with site and production to ensure projects' objectives, schedules and lead times are met; Involve in hardware components sourcing and procurement; Complete work within the prescribed time for projects and submission dates and daily assignments are achievable with the given instruction; Electrical and instrumentation, installation, and lighting system installation, modification, repair and maintenance; Plan and supervise daily routine of site workers; Undertake breakdown/emergency repair effectively and efficiently; Carry out regular inspections to facilitate and ensure all maintenance works are carried out within timeframe given and upon emergencies encountered; Assist supervisor/superior to carry out M&E work and maintenance; Responsible in installing, checking, maintenance, and trouble-shooting of air-conditional system; Fully responsible for the execution and control of all M&E projects assigned; Perform routine maintenance as scheduled; Ensure tools and technical equipment are well organized and in good operational condition; Undertake other ad-hoc assigned tasks as required.

What you need to succeed in this role?

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in hotel industry or related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong & on Project Sites. Preferably candidate who have field experience specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

Working days & hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 3pm)

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
