M&E Supervisor (Chargeman A4)
Key Role: Oversees technical operations to ensure building infrastructure is reliable and operational at all times.
Responsibilities:
Monitor critical systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and elevators.
Prioritize and execute user service requests promptly.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become critical.
Coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to user operations.
Assist building Chargeman for any activities related to high voltage room.
Provide regular updates to the Facilities Manager on building system performance.
