JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated Hands-on experience in the required process.
\xc2\xb7 Advanced Knowledge in the area that is being assigned.
\xc2\xb7 Relentless in exploring new and latest methods in improving assembly techniques.
\xc2\xb7 Lead Process and Equipment Evaluation aligned to the needs of Site as assigned by the ME Manager.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Basic Statistics and knowledge of carrying a DOE is a plus.
\xc2\xb7 Understanding of DFM/A, FMEA and IPC requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Able to write technical reports for the Site.
