Job requirement
Degree holder in Electrical Engineering
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Plans, directs and coordinates activities concerned with design, construction, modification and maintenance of electrical components and machineries in factory to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment.
Assist in maintenance planning and scheduling.
Supervises workers in setting up, installing, repairing, testing and maintaining electrical components, equipment and PLC systems.
Designs systems to interface machines, electrical components, equipment and PLC systems for integrated control in the manufacturing purposes.
Tests newly installed machines and electrical components to ensure fulfillment of functional and contract specifications.
Uses computer assisted engineering, and design software (PLC) and equipment to perform engineering tasks and troubleshoot production problem online.
Suggests changes in working conditions and uses of electrical components or automation to increase efficiency of production process or work crew.
Establishes Engineering library for Mechanical & Electrical materials, such as drawing, manuals, brochures, SOP, troubleshooting procedures, reports and analysis.
Other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
