Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description
- To design change kits / jigs / fixtures.
- To be able to understand test handler mechanism.
- To be certified change kits\xe2\x80\x99 designer.
- Improve design for easy assembly and fabrication and cost reduction.
- To be able to communicate with customers to achieve the specifications required to design jig
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledgeable in Mechanical drawing handling and designing concept.
- Proficiency in using 2D and 3D CAD tool such as auto cad, CADRA, NX, Solid work, etc. The design work mostly will be using 2D Cad tool. 3D CAD tool will be used occasionally.
- Experience in design of Test Handler\xe2\x80\x99s Changeover Kit which includes precision metal/plastic parts, sheet metal parts & etc is added advantage.
- Possess strong technical knowledge and good analytical skill.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Excellent in interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
With AMY as design center for M4841 change kit for Advantest group,
replacement is needed to make sure that there are no interruption in AMY design process.
