Job Description

Coordinate and manage all M&E related work together with our appointed M&E consultants. Provide technical expertise and direction to all M&E aspects and our appointed M&E consultants. Ensure all M&E works are constructed and installed on time, within budget and in compliance with all specification, necessary standards, codes of practice and safety regulations. Monitor and take the lead in the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the whole project development cycle (from design to construction to facility management). Review design documents (drawings, technical specification and BOQ) prepared by our appointed engineers, designers and drafters. Ensure the business of the project is conducted in an efficient manner by supervising and monitoring project implementation, project construction, project development and contract administration. Ensure that timely decisions on corrective actions are made and implemented. Conduct periodic checks on M&E works and liaise frequently with contractors and consultants to ensure construction works achieve high standards of quality and workmanship. Job Requirements: Possess a minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines, with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in mechanical/electrical field preferably in a project management capacity with a property developer or consultancy . Having the relevant knowledge and experience in construction and BIM is essential. Additional experience and knowledge in BIM FM technology would be a plus . Have experience in managing stratified mixed use commercial development project (Retail, High-rise, Luxury Hotel & Service Residence). Have Full Cycle Project Management construction experience. Are a team player with strong technical knowledge in M&E system, analytical and problem-solving skills, and an attention to detail. Are a good negotiator, with excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Have the hunger to learn and be open to adapt accordingly with the rapid technological advancement and constant market disruption in the world today. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
