Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attend site inspection and site evaluation.
2. Attend site meeting.
3. Attend coordination meeting.
4. Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants and
contractors.
5. Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor's work at site.
6. Other adhoc duties as assigned.
7. To liaise with local authorities on the submission approval, site inspection, handling
over process and obtain clearance letter.
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE):
1. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD software is an added advantage.
3. Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.
4. Possess own transport.
5. Minimum 3 to 4 years site working experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 01/01/2026
