1. Interpret Mechanical system (ACMV, FPS, plumbing/sanitary and other utilities) and Electrical system (HT, LV, ELV and control or instrumentation) technical drawings.
2. Estimate, prepare and assign recourses required at site such as manpower, materials, equipment and tools.
3. Planning, implementation and monitoring of all Mechanical and Electrical related operations at sites as per approved drawings, specifications, standards and requirements.
4. Provide engineering and technical support at site.
5. Coordinate with Design team, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering team of the project.
6. Support Mechanical and Electrical Engineering team when required.
7. Attend all site meetings and inspections, submit work progress report to the Management regularly.
8. Liaise with authorities, vendor, contractor and subcontractor or customer.
9. Prepare and maintain project documentation.
10. Perform other administrative related duties as may be required by the Management.
