Provide regular inspection maintenance service on site.
Recover the system in the shortest reasonable time.
Proactive thinking to turn internal customer\'s requirement into action.
Providing support to internal customers for the system installed (during and after office hours).
Single point of contact between internal customer and level 2 support team.
Adequate trouble-shooting skill and has the capability to rectify the problem individually before engage level 2 support.
Ensure meeting Maintenance KPIs
Establishes standards across all operational processes.
Prepares all required deliverables requested by product development plan (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analysis, test specifications, design review presentations)

Professionally represents the company to the customer.
Minimum Qualifications
At least a Degree / Diploma holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 year of working experience preferably in installation, commissioning, and customer support services of industrial/process equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
Has hands-on experience to resolve electrical and mechanical problem.
Independent and able to work under pressure, over time and odd hours to resolve problem on site.
Proactive with a strong team focus.
Working experience in automated material handling system is an added advantage but not essential.
Possess adequate trouble shooting skill and capability to provide training if needed.
Proficiency in English is a must (both oral & written).
Computer literate with good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Excel) and AutoCAD is added advantage.
Good level of health and fitness and to be able to work safely at height.
Efficient time management in the sense of result improvement.
Able to travel outstation.
