Job Description

: This position will be responsible to create and modify detailed design drawings using 3D CAD modeling and design with Pro/E Wildfire or Solidworks. You will analyze and design electromechanical parts/systems based on engineering input: sketches, drawings, and conversion from 2D drawings to 3D models. You must be willing and able to design prototypes or modifications to existing product or equipment, maintain the data base by entering data, updating documentation, completing backups, and to assist engineering to collect and organize files to create logical bill of material, etc. Position Responsibility: \xe2\x80\xa2 Create CAD models of plastic components with the proper tolerances for the injection molding process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Works closely with internal resources, external resources, and customers to successfully develop new and innovative products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determine relevant characterization tests and methods to solve plastic material processing, bonding, assembly, and part design assignments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage intellectual property searches. Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in 3D drawing skills in Pro/Engineer or SolidWorks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of plastics materials, processing, and injection molding \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent planning, organizational, and time skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective oral and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to apply engineering principles to problem solving. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to interact effectively with other group members. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-directed and independent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge and experience in product validation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must able work in Nusajaya,Iskandar Puteri Johor Bahru.
