Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Design and overseeing the installation of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, Lift & Escalator, and electrical systems Collaborate with the other consultants & project management team to ensure that all M&E systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall construction plan Conduct site inspections, monitoring the progress and prepare progress payment of M&E work to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Troubleshoot and resolving any issues that arise with M&E systems during the construction process Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team as needed Maintain detailed records and documentation of all M&E-related work Participate in company energy management project and ensure the client's operation site is achieving the best efficiency. Prepare monthly energy management report for client.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 2 years of experience as an M&E Engineer in the construction industry, fresh graduate also encourage to apply Proficiency with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD or Revit). Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, Lift & Escalator, and electrical systems Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant engineering tools Eagerness to learn and develop within the M&E consultancy field under the guidance of senior engineers. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the project management team and construction crew Familiar with relevant building codes and regulations Willing to travel outstation/ oversea for works.
