Ensure all the works are done as per contracts specification and manufacturer's recommendation.
Participating in planning, tendering, managing and implementing M&E services for in-house and tender projects
Monitor maintenance and repair activities liaise with the responsible parties on related matters
Liaise with consultants and clients on M&E works progress
Resolve all the problems related to mechanical matters and make a report
Ensure the overall running of the operation according to the set standards.
Ensure all the work order are carried out in accordance with the KPIs set by the company and clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience
Willing to work overtime to suit the construction work on site
Willing to learn (provides on the job training and technical support to junior engineer)
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Experience in ACMV is advantage.
