Job Description

Scope of work:

1) Responsible for working with of a group of engineers and leading a group of technicians for safe and uninterruptible operation of mechanical systems.

a) chilled water system

b) process cooling water system

c) compressed dry air system

d) process vacuum system

e) exhaust system including scrubber

f) air-conditioning system

g) cleanroom system

h) building management system & facility management & control system

2) Responsible for working with of a group of engineers and leading a group of technicians for implementing cost effective maintenance program for mechanical systems to ensure zero interruption to production.

3) Responsible for working with a group of engineers and leading a group of technicians in document management related to mechanical system (daily R&R data analysis, audits related document, legal document, registration of mechanical equipment with authority, equipment breakdown recording, technical drawings, etc.).

4) Being the key contact person for plant mechanical related matters to all internal customers and vendors.

5) Responsible for representing Facilities Department in collaborating with external department to accomplish tasks to meet company goals.

6) Lead person in plant wide Facility mechanical systems (air-conditioning, cleanroom, chilled water system, process cooling water system, etc.) maintenance and repair tasks (planning, scheduling, monitoring and supervising).

7) Lead a team of technicians in day to day maintenance and sustainability tasks for mechanical systems which includes resolving related problems surfacing at site.

8) Key person responsible for mechanical systems performance trending / tracking to detect deviation via Building Management System (BMS).

9) Responsible for mechanical systems FMEA, OCAP and 8D creation and implementation to enhance systems robustness. Collaborating with customers and internal team to achieve system stability and down time minimization.

Qualifications:
1) 3-5 year facility related experience
2) Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
