REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma
- At least 15 years working experience in mechanical engineering as a in manufacturing plant.
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Implement maintenance control system to achieve effective and productive maintenance of the machine.
- Initiates and plans for improvement of working system and quality
- Plan & prepare yearly plan & budget / capex for engineering
- Plans the maintenance schedule, preventive and routine maintenance for all the electrical and mechanical systems for all machinery, company vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Carries out fault findings and trouble shooting for all electrical and mechanical systems for all the machinery, company vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Conducts general inspection and maintenance for the whole factory\'s electrical system
- Ensures that proper maintenance of machinery is carried out, plans and supervises periodical preventive maintenance of machinery, inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization
- Minimum education level: Bachelor\xc2\xb4s Degree
- 15 years of experience
