Position Title : Senior Engineer/Mechanical Manager

Tenure: Permanent

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Perform all mechanical and rotating equipment engineering activities within the project.

\xc2\xb7 Review the rotating equipment specifications, data sheets and requisition in accordance with the project requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Review the rotating equipment selection based on process design requirement.

\xc2\xb7 Work together with headquarter in-house team in HK/ China and gain their input and knowledge on rotating equipment in production process

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of systems, equipment, plot plan, plant layout, development of project deliverables within the discipline.

\xc2\xb7 Performing vendor data review and incorporation and ensure the equipment installation and commissioning activities is compliance at site.

\xc2\xb7 Carry out appropriate discipline and inter discipline checks and reviews of engineering and design work in accordance with general specifications, particular specifications, technical specifications and drawings, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Review, check, and ensure all mechanical and rotating equipment engineering deliverables

\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and own teams for implementation of the projects and ensuring it is being built correctly

\xc2\xb7 Develop method of statements and testing procedures for the works.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in planning and executing the mechanical maintenance activities of bio-fuels facilities

\xc2\xb7 Assist to review and implement operation and maintenance strategies to improve reliability and integrity of plant equipment

\xc2\xb7 Carry out troubleshooting and emergency repair of plant equipment

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent discipline

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 7 years or above mechanical engineering experience in biofuels, petrochemical, oil & gas or oil refinery industries, on either engineering design, construction and commissioning, operation and maintenance

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Process Equipment (Rotating) and familiar with international design codes (API, ASME, NFPA, GB etc), industrial standards and local codes

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge and proven experience on design review for biofuel or similar process industry project delivery during EPC phase

\xc2\xb7 Good command in both spoken and written English, fluency in Mandarin is preferable

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, well organized, resourceful and proactive. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
