Job Requirements:

Lead, direct and trains subordinate / mechanic in performing job tasks.
Oversee and ensure all mechanic perform all tasks as per specification.
Perform mechanical maintenance planning & scheduling
Update and analyses report of Work Order checklist
Ensure compliance Factory & Machinery Act regulation & requirement, company policy and safety related law and regulations
Supervise progress and performance of project and fabrication work
Carries out troubleshooting for machine breakdown
Coordinate and plan with all other departments on equipment repair & maintenance issues.
Participate in discussion with other departments in process and quality improvement.
Ensure the availability of mechanical spare parts and manpower
To perform other duties internal / external that may assign by management from time to time
