Junior/ Mechanical Technician

Qualification :

SPM/MLVK or above

Requirement :

3-5 years of related experience

Duties/Responsibilities:

To work on changing shift as per Duty Roster, or under instruction of Asst Manager/Manager.] Perform SAP work order for repairs, inspection and maintenance task. To maintain and service premise equipment and machinery according to Preventive Maintenance Schedule. To conduct plant rounding every shift and report any abnormalities. Respond to emergency breakdown in the plant. To ensure the maintenance workshop cleanliness according to the GMP standards. To ensure mechanical spare parts are recorded after used and do the stock take as assign. Prepare and record all the daily activities in the Daily log book. Work as a team to achieve targets and objectives set by department head. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Work extended hours on an on-call and/or overtime basis as required. Perform quality assurance inspection on all completed jobs, ensures conformance with Malaysian Standards, Mechanical Codes, OSHA, Lock-out-Tag-Out, Confined Spaces protocols, Material Safety Data Sheets, Engineering specifications, and other local, state and federal regulations. To investigate and trouble shoot system and equipment failure. To ensure all reconditioned equipment are recorded and stored in proper manner. To prepare plant shut down job list. To perform equipment filing system. To ensure availability of spare-parts, workshop gases and tools. Other production tasks that require his expertise by superiors.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
