Job Responsibilities:

Carry out

preventive and corrective maintenance

on mechanical systems, including HVAC (air-conditioning and ventilation), pumps, motors, compressors, and plumbing-related mechanical installations.

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot

mechanical equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation. Conduct

routine servicing

of chillers, air handling units (AHU), fan coil units (FCU), and related control systems. Monitor and maintain

water supply, sanitary, and fire protection systems

in compliance with JKR and relevant authority standards. Maintain accurate

maintenance logs, service records, and inspection reports

for all mechanical systems.

Assist engineers or supervisors

in planning and executing mechanical upgrading or improvement works. Supervise

contractors and vendors

performing mechanical maintenance and ensure adherence to safety and quality requirements. Support the implementation of

energy efficiency and environmental sustainability programs

related to mechanical systems.

Job Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

or related field (Polytechnic/TVET).

SKM/DKM/DLKM

in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical Maintenance, or Building Services (Level 2/3).

Minimum 2-3 years' experience

in facility mechanical maintenance or equivalent. Good understanding of

HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems

, including control and automation. Ability to read and interpret

mechanical drawings, P&ID diagrams, and technical manuals.

Knowledge of

JKR maintenance standards

, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance procedures.

CIDB Green Card

and

JKR Technical Competency Certificate (CREaTE)

are advantages.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
