Mission

To assemble and test machine based on engineering's drawing and specification. Validate each assembly and carry out improvement process with other departments within the company.

Main Tasks

Assembling of machine and sub assembly according to engineering's drawing. Fill in appropriate checklist provided by supervisors on each assembly and testing phase. Report to supervisor in the event of roadblocks and work for solutions to solve the problem. Maintain machine and run diagnostic tests on machines to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs. Documenting processes and maintain service records. Make photo and video reports for future reference. Maintain workplace cleanliness and adhere to company's safety regulations.

Competences & Qualifications

Minimum SPM qualifications. At least 5 years related work experience. Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings. Basic mechanical knowledge. Able to perform minor modification operation where appropriate but not limited to drilling, grinding, metal cutting, milling and welding. Knowledge in using simple metrology tools such as caliper, micrometer, pliers, screwdrivers, wire stripper, grinder, drilling, metal cutter, welding and other tools deem necessary. Problem solver. A good team player. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Able to operate light machinery.
