JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, and other related fields;
Fluent with Fire Protection System Maintenance work will be an advantage
Posses a strong sense of responsibility, sensibility, commitment, and discipline
Strong coordination and monitoring skills;
Good problem-solving skills and multitasking
Able to work independently and work under pressure;
Must always have a good attitude to learn and willing to learn
A Good Team Player and can Contribute to Team's Goal

JOB DESCRIPTION
To supervise daily M & E activities and place quality of work done in top priority;
To ensure all works carried out and materials used are strictly by the specification and required standards; NFPA, UL FM, MS Sirim, and such.
To coordinate and monitor daily activities/performance of the main-sub contractor and report to direct superior on an immediate basis, if any issue happens;
To check all M & E drawings and specifications provided by the Design department to avoid any discrepancies;
To implement and follow strictly QC Policies to ensure works in compliance with QC standards;
To attend all inspections and testing carried out by the contractor and document all the reports and results;
Responsible for Task Given & Have a Wide View of Work to be done on How, When, & What.
Any other responsibilities assigned by HOD, perform any other duties when required.
