Media Buying Intern
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Support Buying & Finance team in day-to-day billings operations. . Booking the space or airtime once the campaign plan has been agreed with the client. . Handle own set of client accounts with accountability and responsibly. DELIVERABLES 1. Work closely & build strong relationship with media owners manage invoices and billings 2. Media Reports/Invoices . Generate media spend reports by each client. . Assist finance on invoice matching to bcc schedule number. 3. Overall . Work closely with Buying & Finance team on billings and deadlines. . Manage and clear all billings and backlogs. Qualifications Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field Strong analytical and market research skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively Eagerness to learn and passion for the advertising industry
