Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Buying and Finance team in day-to-day billings operations.
- Booking the space or airtime once the campaign plan has been agreed with the client.
- Handle own set of client accounts with accountability and responsibly.
- Work closely and build strong relationship with media owners manage invoices and billings
- Generate media spend reports by each client.
- Assist finance on invoice matching to bcc schedule number.
- Work closely with Buying and Finance team on billings and deadlines.
- Manage and clear all billings and backlogs.

- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Eagerness to learn and passion for the advertising industry
