ResponsibilitiesWhat will I be doing?

• Media Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients. Manage media campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.
• Marketing and Promotion: Oversee marketing initiatives including digital marketing, content creation, and promotional activities to support property listings and business development efforts.
• Business Development Projects: Lead and manage business development projects aimed at securing deals and expanding the company\'s market presence in Kuala Lumpur.
• Campaign Management: Monitor and optimize media and marketing campaigns to ensure they meet performance targets and contribute to business growth.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, media spend, and business development outcomes. Provide detailed reports and insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Vendor and Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, advertising agencies, and business partners to achieve favorable terms and effective placements.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in Kuala Lumpur.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and real estate agents, to ensure aligned and effective media and business development strategies.
