JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: What you will do To exceed set individual and team target across all platforms managed by Astro Radio Toidentify and aggressively acquire new clients To grow existing clients business through the development and implementation of effective marketingcampaign that utilize Astro Radiostations and digital platform To plan and strategize sales approach to meet the various demands of advertisers To introduce special packages, creative ideas to increase ad spend Work closely with agencies to manage their clients and increase spending Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, prepare proposals and processing paperwork & reports Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information Prepare informative sales report to evaluate sales performance for improvement To develop and grow the digital/new media knowledge for a strong sales & marketing team Servicing and updating advertising agencies/ direct advertisers on the payment status Ensure account receivable align with the company\'s policy on credit risk Gather and present information on market trends, competitor\'s situations, customer\'s needs, opportunities, threats and others from time to time to the management Keeping abreast of competitor\'s activities Ensure compliance with company\'s pricing policy and all trade related compliance requirements Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards REQUIREMENTS: Who you are Degree in related discipline with experience in related industry with background in either sales /marketing in the media industry Experience and knowledge in advertising and promotion. Strong interest inRadio and must be motivated and creative Good language skills and literate in Bahasa Malaysia & English Good in selling, servicing, communication, customer relation & negotiation skills Effective marketing strategist with the ability to understand & articulate key opportunities for growth of the business Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market research and new media trends Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation & leadership skills Computer literature esp. Email, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
