Job Description

As the Medical Advisor, you will focus on shaping and implementing medical affairs strategic plans through innovative scientific evidence with internal and external stakeholders to fully optimise patient access and outcomes. Ensuring the patients' needs and interest are met are of fundamental importance.

• First in line to heighten awareness with all key stakeholders internally and externally on in-depth disease area medical expertise, pipeline programs and comprehensive evaluation of products
• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Clinical Research teams to ensure effective patient access and outcomes by identifying strategic barriers in the patient journey and healthcare systems to optimise early adoption of access
• Co-design clinical development launch and manage the drug life cycle with Country & Regional teams
• Involved in governance of external funding, HCP engagements, and patient support programs, and compliance by aligning local initiatives, policies, risk mitigation and corrective measures
• Heighten awareness between key medical experts by providing extensive scientific data through meetings and board meetings

Study background: MBBS or PhD in Life Sciences; professional qualification majoring in Life Science, Pharmacy, or a related technical field; MBA * An established candidate with a minimum of 3 year's experience of medical affairs

• Specialisation in therapeutic areas focusing on specialty care such as oncology would be an advantage
• Outstanding medical knowledge with the ability to provide comprehensive disease expertise with the understanding of IFPMA/Industry codes & regulations
• Proactive and effective interpersonal relationship & communication skills in English
