Then read on.About the RoleResponsible for providing technical medical expertise for claims decisions and resolution of customer enquiries and claims and managing healthcare related services provided to policy holders.Job Responsibilities

• Process topup, additional doctor and additional procedure GL request for both individual and employee benefit portfolio.
• Respond to inquiries of a technical or complex nature through case management.
• Ensure to meet turn around time when issuing GL under complex and cross referral case
• Ensure only legitimate claim is paid and achieve targeted cost avoidance when processing GL
• Assist in medical training for internal division whenever is required.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
• Ideally for candidate with medical claim experience.
• Technical Skills: Claims assessment, medical report knowledge, Health Insurance Policy knowledge.
• Solid understanding and experience in GL and 13th Schedule is added advantage.
• Industry: Insurance, Third-Party Administrator, Hospitals, Clinics, Medical Labs.
• Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
