Join Clinigen as a Medical Affairs Intern and gain invaluable hands-on experience within the dynamic field of pharmaceutical medical affairs. You will work closely with our experienced team to support our mission of delivering the right medicine to the right patient at the right time. This internship will provide you with exposure to various aspects of medical affairs, including data analysis, research support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Review:

+ Assist in the medical and scientific review of promotional and non-promotional materials (e.g., brochures, digital content, presentations) to ensure they are accurate, balanced, and compliant with company policies and local industry codes. + Support the referencing and fact-checking of medical claims against scientific literature and clinical data.

Medical Information:

+ Provide support in handling basic, unsolicited medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and internal colleagues under the supervision of a Medical Advisor. + Help maintain the medical information database and response documents.

Operational & Administrative Support:

+ Assist the Medical Affairs team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and tracking project timelines. + Support the organization of medical events.

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with medical terminology and scientific literature is a plus. Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to learning.
