JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Malaysian
- Minimum Diploma in Medical Assistant
- Certified by KKM Medical Assistant Board
- Current Annual Practice Certificate (APC) by KKM
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Caring, honest and responsible worker.
- Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shift and weekends, public holidays, on call and anytime when called during emergency.
- Microsoft Office literacy.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Work shift duties or assigned by Unit Manager according to Unit\xe2\x80\x99s Operational Hours.
- Inform Unit Manager when change occurs in circumstances which affect standards of care.
- Receives and handover report of patients, knows the case in details \xe2\x80\x93 progress of the patient, ensures all doctors\xe2\x80\x99 orders are carried out before shift change and on taking over case.
- To carry out clinical procedures directed by doctor from time to time at Emergency Department.
- Liaises and discusses with the relevant doctors / consultants with regards to care of patients in the unit / ward.
- Establishes and develops effective communication with all disciplines, patients and relatives to achieve optimal patient satisfaction.
