REQUIREMENTS:

Malaysian Possess at least diploma in Medical Assistant/ Nursing Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply Has a good and attractive personality Able to work in shift systems and overtime (OT) A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements Ability to work independently and collaboratively

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet patients warmly and maintaining good soft skills with patient Register, manage and record patient details, appointment and medication dispensation. Carry out or assist in managing equipment, medication stock, forms, medical record and patient payment records. Assist the Medical Officer and be capable of performing medical procedures. Ensure the clinic environment is in good condition and perform scheduled cleaning tasks. Answer phone calls, messages, emails, WhatsApp, and messages on all social media platforms from patients. Attend and actively participate in training and education provided at the clinic and company levels. Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote the clinic. To assure compliance with SOP, regulations and medical protocols. Participate in sales and marketing in the company, eg: video recording, content creating and health promotion Participate in clinic meetings and training sessions
