Claims

Accurately process/assess all claim types in adherence to company guideline and quality standard Review and approve cases that is within the claims authority granted Review and approve cases that exceed subordinate's authority (for Senior Associate) Document claims assessments comprehensively, ensuring transparency and clarity in decision making. Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark Shows keenness to develop technical competency by extending claims scope handle or authority limits Maintain a good personal record of training in line with the training framework of the Company Demonstrate excellent customer centric mindset through highly engaged culture

Underwriting

Accurately underwrite all products including medical underwriting by assessing the risks according to company guidelines and regulations. Maintains a high level of accuracy (Quality) and always seek to improve individual quality scores with time. Ensure meeting individual productivity target and turn-around-time, always seek to improve individual productivity scores with time. Maintain a good personal record of training in line with the training framework of the company. Shows keenness to develop technical competency by extending underwriting scope or limits.?

Requirement:

Experience in life claims / underwriting OR medical claims / underwriting (at least 1 year) Mandarin speaking (read, write and type Traditional Mandarin) Came from bio related background Willing to work on shift (Monday to Friday & Tuesday to Saturday) Willing to work in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya Willing to work for heavy OT Willing to follow HK Calendar

Remuneration Package:

8.30am - 5.30pm | 1 day WFH per week after probation| Flexi clock in time (subject to approval) Basic is up to RM6,000 depend on experience and qualification RM450 transportation allowance (fixed) Technical Allowance (Depends on authority limit) starting from RM200 after probation Insurance & Medical Coverage including dependent (based on Job Function Level) 18 days annual leave 14 days medical leave 1 day birthday leave Follow HK Public Holiday 16% Employer EPF OT Claimable (subject to approval) Dental & Optical RM800 per annum Marriage Leave
