The Medical Doctor (MD) is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients by diagnosing, treating, and preventing illnesses, injuries, and other physical or mental impairments. The MD delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of medical ethics and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care
Provide high quality health and wellness client care
Examine, diagnose, and treat patients for a wide range of medical conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, imaging studies).
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and therapies according to established protocols and patient needs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Perform diagnostics and wellness treatments to clients and make sure clients understand the procedures and benefits.
2. Preventive Care & Education
Provide health education, counseling, and preventive care services.
Promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention strategies.
Participate in road shows and exhibitions.
3. Collaboration
Work collaboratively with staff nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Refer patients to appropriate specialists when required.
Possess a nurturing and kind personality and display excellent communication skills.
Collaborates with other health care team members to develop healthcare plans that promote continuity for clients as they receive complementary and alternative health care.
4. Documentation
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.
Ensure compliance with hospital, clinic, and legal documentation standards.
Make sure all the clients folder are arranged according to the back end management system.
5. Professional Development & Compliance
Stay current with medical research, best practices, and continuing education requirements.
Adhere to all relevant medical regulations, ethical standards, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Completion of residency training in a recognized medical specialty (if applicable).
Board certification preferred (depending on specialty).
Able to work in a multicultural team
