This position is responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients by diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatments, and promoting overall health and wellness. The Doctor will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and ethical practice.
Requirements

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Valid medical license to practice in the applicable region or country.
• Completion of internship and residency in relevant medical specialty.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle medical emergencies.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong commitment to patient care, ethics, and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple patients and tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a medical team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts if needed.
• Dedication to ongoing medical education and adherence to best clinical practices.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
• Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
• Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions and illnesses.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and therapies based on diagnosis.
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work, X-rays, and scans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle choices, and treatment plans.
• Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Monitor and follow up on patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide urgent medical care.
• Adhere to all legal, ethical, and medical standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuing medical education to stay updated on medical advances.
• Contribute to the development of internal procedures and clinical best practices.
• Ensure a patient-first approach with compassion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Support health campaigns or community outreach initiatives as required.
