Comprehensive Patient Care - Provide holistic management of acute and chronic conditions, ensuring treatment aligns with Alpro Clinic's treatment guidelines and Alpro Clinic 5 principles. Preventive Health Advocacy - Proactively recommend and deliver preventive services (annual health screenings, vaccinations, lifestyle counselling) in line with NOLWA and community health goals. Continuity & Relationship-Based Care - Build long-term trust with patients by understanding their medical history, family context, and personal health goals. Engage patients and families on disease prevention, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications, empowering them to make informed decisions. Clinical Documentation & Compliance - Maintain complete, accurate, and standardized medical records (SOAP notes, diagnosis codes, treatment plans) to meet Green List compliance standards. Efficiency and Optimisation of Core Duties - observe consultation slots strictly to ensure no delay for others while not compromising care quality. Utilise clinic down-time with essential task inclusing telehealth and self-improvement on learning platform

Implementation of Core SOPs - Ensure strict adherence and enforcement of the No One Leaves Without Appointment (NOLWA), 7-Touchpoints of Patient Care and Shift Leader System in own and staff on duty daily practice. Interdisciplinary Collaboration - Work closely with pharmacists, dietitians, physiotherapists, nurses, and other allied health professionals to provide integrated, multidisciplinary care. Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance - Participate in audits, peer reviews, and performance evaluations to uphold safety, quality, and compliance across all medical services. Community Outreach & Health Promotion - Represent Alpro Clinic in public health programs, corporate wellness initiatives, and community engagement activities both online and offline, reinforcing Alpro as the family doctor of choice. Mentorship & Team Support - Guide clinic assistants, nurses, and junior doctors through daily operations, ensuring knowledge transfer, SOP compliance, and a culture of accountability.
