Job Description

This role is responsible for

monitoring, maintaining, and supporting Medical Informatics Solutions

installed at customer sites, as well as assisting in project implementation activities for new and existing installations. The position involves both

technical support and project execution

, ensuring customer satisfaction, system reliability, and continuous improvement of services.

Job Scope

Provide

IT technical support

on existing installations (both remotely and on-site). Conduct

system health checks

at scheduled intervals to ensure optimum performance and reliability. Track and review sites in post-implementation stages for

maintenance contract proposals and billing

. Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by design teams and contractors. Assist the

Project Manager

in system implementation activities for new deployments and system upgrades. Proactively suggest and communicate ideas for

process improvements

with a constructive and positive approach. Ensure

customer needs are addressed promptly

and cost-effectively.

Job Requirements

Degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology

, or related field (preferred but not essential).

2-3 years of relevant IT Technical Support experience

, particularly in:

Windows Operating Systems

Microsoft Applications

Networking

and usage of

remote desktop applications

VMware applications

Backup/recovery applications

IT hardware deployment and configuration

(servers & workstations) Experience with

PACS systems, EIZO monitors, and Computed Radiography

is highly advantageous. Strong technical support background with

Microsoft products

. Positive, proactive, and accountable mindset with the ability to work

independently under minimal supervision

. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to

influence and motivate others positively

. Excellent

attention to detail, problem-solving skills

, and communication abilities (written & verbal). Willingness to

travel outstation

as required (must possess own car).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
