Handle customers inquiries and complaints via calls and emails.
Identify interactions with adverse events or product quality complaints and handle them according to the proper procedures,
Record all interactions into the required database.
Escalate all inquiries without predefined answers according to defined processes.
Other duties and special projects that are assigned by management
Create, Promote and Maintain Operational Excellence:
Maintain and improve company product knowledge and material dispatch workflow.
Support organizational changes
Compliance:
Ensure compliance in daily operations.
Comply with any preventive and corrective actions.
Cooperate for investigations, monitoring and audits.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine/Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fields.
Possess strong communication, problem-solving, flexibility, and adaptability skills.
Ability to work under pressure, and multitask.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
Excellent English language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing)
Able to do internship for 3-5 months
