Job title: Medical Manager

• Location: Malaysia
• Job type: Permanent

About the role:

• Develop and execute medical strategy and the medical roadmap according to country goals.
• External and internal scientific communication
• Medical expertise on vaccines and relevant infectious diseases
• Medical KOL and stakeholder-management
• Development of medical material as well as review and of promotional material
• Work closely with the TMS Medical Head and with other core cross functions as a strategic partner to develop and deliver the Brand Plans including the Medical Roadmaps
• Active participation in the Medical Information process
• Support Pharmacovigilance, Quality and Clinical study set up and delivery
• Act in line with all ethical & compliance rules of Sanofi

About you

Experience:

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical business / health care administration system
• Previous experience as medical affairs is highly preferred.

Soft skills:

• Good understanding of medical, marketing, regulatory, financial, logistic and legal aspects, as well as their impact on the affiliate business
• Strategic view of the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to build a \xe2\x80\x9cdifferentiated\xe2\x80\x9d relationship with KOLs and other important stakeholders
• Strong customer awareness, striving for excellence in standards and methods of work
• Good team player, capable to build relationships across departments and functions
• Able to take timely and effective decisions using innovation and initiative
• Shows integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; is able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines
• Sense of urgency, punctuality, to travel extensively on national and/or international scale
• Intercultural adaptability and sensitivity

Technical skills:

• Analytical and synthetical skills
• Computer literacy: advanced knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Outlook
• Good presentation skills

Education:

• Medical or Scientific background \xe2\x80\x93 degree in Medicine/PhD in Science or Pharmacy; board certification in an area of expertise could be an advantage

Languages:

• Good English language proficiency
