• Acting as a trusted partner and the primary point of contact between stakeholders, prioritising and securing resources, and driving solutions that deliver outcomes faster.
• Collaborating with medical affairs to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community.
• Guiding the company\'s products through their life-cycle and supporting their appropriate use, sharing their merits with Health care professionals in a truthful and balanced manner.
• Ensuring great experiences whenever partners in the ecosystem engage with company\'s employees, products and services.
• Boldly acts on key decisions and opportunities and boldly stops any activity that is not adding value. Ability to say "No" to partners when the value is not predictable/foreseen
• This is an integrated role where you will be a solution provider rather than pushing your product (customer focus instead of sales focus).

The Successful Applicant

• University graduates with major in life science or related degree
• Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical/health care setting.
• Strong entrepreneurial mentality with outstanding partnering capabilities (coaching, consulting, ability to deeply listen, question and understand).
• Experienced in Ophthalmology portfolio would be an advantage
• Willing to travel within assigned territory.
