The Position
As a Medical Partner, you will be responsible for working with customers, Scientists and Health Care Professionals to address medical, scientific, local data or evidence and off-label requests. In addition, you will work closely with the Access team to drive and shape Clinical Practice Guidelines as well as Policy for underdiagnosed focus disease areas.
You demonstrate personal purpose around improving the healthcare ecosystem thinking from an enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, to bring the best possible outcomes to health environment; creating better health outcomes for more patients faster, and by bringing a strong entrepreneurial mentality with outstanding partnering capabilities.
In this role, you will:
Develop Medical plan shaping healthcare in alignment with Patient Access, Policy and Organization\xe2\x80\x99s strategy.
Develop and sustain strong engagement with key opinion leaders to support clinical study and local data generation for targeted disease areas also to create a successful reference network for clinical and technical validation.
Leading evidence generation through collaboration to advance scientific knowledge, keep abreast of scientific and medical trends in alignment to local needs.
Acts as a business partner to business team, local liaison between APAC and Global for Roche Sponsored Studies and Investigator Initiated Studies.
Develops and delivers scientific and disease education for sales, marketing, and application teams.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and identifying shared purpose in order to create fruitful partnerships
Represent Roche in engagement opportunities and collect and compiling insights, positions and feedback to inform our access and policies strategies
May act as a coach for colleagues with less experience and provide guidance. Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance the target audience experience. Work autonomously; complete work with minimal supervision or guidance but maintain communication with supervisor regarding progress.

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Health/Biomedical/Science/ Pharmacy discipline or equivalent from a reputable University
Experience in clinical, medical and laboratory discipline is required.
Has more than 5 years of research or clinical experience in relevant disease states or clinical practice (i.e., Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Women\xe2\x80\x99s Health, Oncology, Pathology, Clinical Chemistry, etc.)
Proven ability to execute strategies, and track and measurable results.
Familiarity with the technological trends and their relevance to the healthcare industry
Marketing and business development experience will be a beneficial
Strong ability to work in a matrix and collaborative environment
Excellent team working skills required
Adaptable to changing environments
