Job Description

• At least 1 year experience in sales for healthcare or medical industry (medical device preferably)
• Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in Medical Science, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Required Skill(s): Self driven, persistent, able to work under stress and continue to improve on performance.
• Candidate must have own transport to travel cross states.

Responsibilities

Product Promotion:

• Promote company\'s products to government hospitals & clinics, private hospitals & clinics, teaching hospitals and pharmacies.

Marketing Plan Oversight:

• Ongoing monitoring of marketing plans and reporting any variances to the manager in charge.

Sales Performance Reporting:

• Provide monthly reports on sales forecasts, daily itineraries, and competitors\' activities.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Monitor all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long/short-term product development and marketing.

Market Knowledge and Analysis:

• Work collaboratively as a team to gather in-depth knowledge of products compared to current market competition.
• Identify new market opportunities to increase sales revenue.

Training Initiatives:

• Conduct product and sales training sessions for end users if required
